Wands

My wands are all handcrafted be they wood or selenite. The finish I use for wood is either several coats of lacquer for a high gloss or an oil which brings out any grain and has a satin sheen. I will happily work to your design (allowing for my artistic licence). If you have a favourite `stick` you would like to be refinished and turned into your unique wand please send it to me. I can mount crystals in the ends or along the shaft ( your own or I can supply them ). I also carve phallic and yoni wands and scourges but have decided not to display photos of them ( email me if you are interested and I`ll send you a photo ). I can run wand making workshops for small groups in Mid-Wales. We make the basic style of wand you can see below. If you are interested contact me.

Basic Wands

These are the style of wand I teach people to make in my wand making workshops. They are from various woods, at the moment I have a good stock of birch and hazel wands. They are tipped with quartz or amethyst points at both ends and the crystals are connected with twisted wire of copper, brass and/or silver plated wire to promote energy flow. Great workaday wands!

Quartz And Amethyst Set In Hawthorn

This is a lovely wand that my lack of photographic skill doesn`t do justice. The points each measure 1.5ins long, the quartz is approx 1in wide and the amethyst 1.25in. Overall length is 13.5ins. The hawthorn has an oil and beeswax finish.
